These terms and conditions apply when booking accommodation at Horsviksstugor, which is operated by Äventyrshuset BBorg AB (hereinafter “we” or “the landlord”). By making a booking, the guest accepts these terms and conditions.
A booking becomes binding when full payment has been made. Payment is made via Stripe at the time of booking. Confirmation is sent by e-mail to the address provided at the time of booking.
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right for any price changes and typographical errors.
Cancellations can be made free of charge at least 24 hours before check-in.
In case of cancellation later than 24 hours before check-in, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Cancellation is made via the link in the booking confirmation or by contacting us.
Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times stated in the booking confirmation. Late check-outs may incur an additional fee.
The guest is responsible for the accommodation during their stay and must leave it in an acceptable condition. Any damage caused by the guest may be charged retrospectively.
We are not responsible for events beyond our control that prevent the fulfillment of the booking (e.g. natural disasters, pandemic, government decisions). In such cases, a rescheduled date or full refund will be offered.
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Data provided at the time of booking is used to fulfill the contract and communicate with the guest. The data is not shared with third parties beyond what is required for payment and booking management.
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled primarily through contact with us, secondarily by the General Complaints Board (ARN) or general court.
