1. general

These terms and conditions apply when booking accommodation at Horsviksstugor, which is operated by Äventyrshuset BBorg AB (hereinafter “we” or “the landlord”). By making a booking, the guest accepts these terms and conditions.

2. booking and payment

A booking becomes binding when full payment has been made. Payment is made via Stripe at at the time of booking. Confirmation is sent by e-mail to the address provided at the time of booking.

3. prices

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. We reserve the right for any price changes and typographical errors.

4. Cancellation, cancellation protection and no show

Unfortunately, without cancellation protection, we are unable to offer refunds or make adjustments to bookings. This is important to understand before making a booking.

Guests can choose to purchase cancellation protection for SEK 75 per night. Cancellation protection offers free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

If the guest does not show up (“no show”) without having canceled, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation should be made by e-mail to oxelosund@bodaborg.se. The cancellation is considered valid only when it has been confirmed by us. The time of receipt of the email is the cancellation time. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure that the cancellation is sent in time according to the applicable terms.

5. Check-in and check-out

Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times stated in the booking confirmation. Late check-out may incur an additional fee.

6. responsibility and order

The guest is responsible for the accommodation during the stay and must leave it in an acceptable condition. Any damage caused by the guest may be charged retrospectively.

7. force majeure

We are not responsible for events beyond our control that prevent the fulfillment of the reservation (e.g. natural disasters, pandemic or government decisions). In such cases, rebooking or full refund will be offered.

8. personal data

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Information provided when booking is used to fulfill the agreement and communicate with the guest. The data is not shared with third parties beyond what is required for payment and booking management.

9. Disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled primarily through contact with us, secondarily by the General Complaints Board (ARN) or general court.
